I can't get internet. My router did have a blue light but no connection to internet. I tried logging into the hub but this didn't help. It said my account name on that was setup.plusnet etc. so changed to my account name and password and this hasn't helped. I now have an orange light and a red b. Logging in to my online account it says my account has been closed which it hasn't. I need this sorting urgently as my wife needs to work from home.
