I had EE send an OpenReach engineer (due to my second line showing the same symptoms)

He agrees that there is a problem, and they're working to fix it.

Why am I not getting similar feedback on my PlusNet ticket?  Why am I not getting ANY feedback on my PlusNet ticket?
