For about 2 months my connection has been dropping a lot. The last 2 days it has been happening a lot more. Right now my internet has been totally for a few hours, have tried resetting router. Also my phone now has no dial tone, just a crackling noise. We have tried to ring I but get nothing. I am using the last of my internet minutes on my phone to write this. Please help and get them sorted, I am housebound, internet is vital to me.
