Monday - Arrived home in evening - No Broadband.
Tuesday - Borrowed landline phone to check phone line. Phone line dead. Contacted Plusnet informing that there is an ongoing problem.
Wednesday - No Broadband or phoneline
Thursday - Engineer visited even through support call said that no-one needed to be in.
- Phoneline now working but noisy and crackling.
Friday Afternoon - Still noisy line, no broadband, tried the webchat support but unavailable.
Can you tell me what is going on to rectify this problem?

Hi Mark, really sorry to read about this situation and that you've had problems getting through to us.
I've updated the notes for Openreach to advise them that despite their work on this yesterday the line is still noisy. They're looking into this again for us so we'll be able to update you further on this soon.
It's very likely to be the case that the line fault will also be causing the issues with your connection too so both service should be resumed as soon as the fault has been fixed.
Thanks for your patience and I'll make sure we update you on this as soon as we have further movement on it.
