New customer - no internet

Hello, I received an email from PlusNet saying that my broadband service has been activated and is running. I plugged in PlusNet router and 45 minutes later internet light stays red. PlusNet customer service line is closed, I tried do broadband check after logging in to my PlusNet account, but it ends with error every time - shows that I can't report faults on my own broadband. What's going on?!
