When I click connect...it thinks then it goes green at the connect button and says disconnected, with a tick!

@Sweep  have you been told your account has gone live? Have you had a txt and/or  email?

 

Does your old router still work?

Strange, but as I say, I'm not a PN customer any more, so I won't muddy the water any more with my next suggestion

Hi. Yes I got the texts yesterday. Wasn't working last night so I left it till today. My old connection has now gone, but the router physically works

I've just re read the texts. Said phone connected and broadband will follow any time up to midnight. We will send a follow-up communication to confirm this.....that I haven't had.

The connection status on the hub page says no service

@Sweep Sounds like the Broadband setup failed for some reason at Plusnrt. I suggest you try ringing them tomorrow - it should have gone live by midnight of your connection day,

Oh. Just called the 0800 number and it said 9-5 Saturday, no mention of Sunday?

So far as I am aware, the service is available 7 days a week, but maybe @Mustrum can confirm?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Oh I've tried to call about three times. It says they're busy. Then it says our provisioning dept is closed. Call 8-8 Monday to Friday and 8-5 Saturday. Am I using the wrong number? It's the one on the link you posted I'm using.

Ah! Provisioning- I don't think they work Sundays, so it may be Monday before you can call them, but there may be other areas that can help tomorrow. Don't ask me which though, it's a while since I had dealings with PN and I know there have been changes since I  last had to call them about two years ago.
