Hi, signed up to switch across from BT at the weekend. During which I may have given an incorrect email address. This means I haven't received any details or further information. I can log into the PlusNet email but not sign into the members account area to try and rectify the issue. The password/login forgotten process also isn't an option if the email address is wrong. The online chat isn't available for this problem and the phone line waiting time varies each time I call.
Any thoughts on how to get this sorted from the Staff here?
