My order and no internet

I ordered a switch on the 19 September and got a letter confirming my order on 20 Sep.  I assume the delay is down to switching the phone line but I have now been disconnected from Talktalk so have no internet but have not received an activation date or router or any update since the 28th September which was just an automated update on the question plusnet automatically created - Question [ 182792847 ] is now off hold. Our Support Team will provide a further update soon.  It would be nice to know what is going on and get the internet back or at least know when it might be back!
