Hi
Yesterday I contacted PN via the chat System and asked for my upload to be uncapped
The person on the chat system said this
"The option on your account says 'Cap upstream' so that suggests it's already uncapped, but I'll check the supplier's system as well."
and then
"I've placed the order to uncap your upstream, and this is due to complete tomorrow. Our system will be up to date by then!"
Last night I got two texts from PN saying that my broadband order is now complete!?
So I was having a look at my closed questions and found this
"An update report has been received for this account.
The broadband service is now being transferred to the 21C Network.
The transfer will complete by midnight on 02/10/2015"
Can anyone tell me what the 21C network is and what it will mean for me.
Many Thanks

It means that you are probably on the 20CN network and that uncapping your upload was going to cost you an extra £7.83 per month!
Or the message is a load of nonsense and you are already on 21CN.
Run the BT diagnostic speed test http://www.speedtest.btwholesale.com/PerformanceTesterWS/diagnostics.do
If it reports on download only you are on 20CN. If it reports up and down you are on 21CN.

Pretty much this.
Basically because uncapping the upsteam requires an order, it's seen that we're moving your line to 21CN (ADSL2+) but as you were already on that you can ignore hte message.
