I know that ticket pool only gets looked at infrequently (maybe once a week or something like that).

@Joanne.    I have already looked at that link would just like to pay for it to see if it works for me.Is it possible to pass this on to someone or be sorted by yourself? I've already send a ticket requesting it to be added and had a message saying expect it to take 1 day to be added but it hasn't nor have i had a reply on the ticket yet.

Hi monkey001,
I have checked the order today and it hasn't been applied. I have now added this manually (and updated your ticket to that effect) and this is now scheduled to complete on Monday.
