Hi, since this first thing this morning have had low rate or no broadband at all.
Based in S Manchester. No good with Ethernet as well as wifi. Telephone signal sounds fine, phone working ok.
Any idea? I'm not at home at moment but have just been informed still not working.

Hi @ stevewelling, Sorry to hear you're having speed and connection problems. Other than checking the phone, have you tried the basic connection troubleshooting HERE?
If that doesn't help, feel free to PM your username over to me and we can take a look from our side. Matt L

This fixed now, router issue.
