Hi!
Just recently I've changed my account from the £14.64 to the £5.99 per month, and for some reason and out of the blue my download speed has gone from 1500 Kbps to 336 Kbps. I have restarted the router for the past 3 days, to see if that made a change but no way Jose!, I have no idea what is going on. I cant whatch videos on line, or tele online, even web pages and emails take their time to open. So.... I can see the times for change in the horizon, because I have just had enough, maybe I will have to start looking into Virgins fibre optic as a solution, something I am not keen on doing because of all the hassel of having to change email addresses, website address, etc.
Just yesterday I recomended PlusNet to a friend, and handed over a printout information on broadband and telephone from PlusNet, and then I get this type of service... I won't say much more cos' I am not very impressed. Here you have some facts:

Hiya,
Looking at your line, it seemed to suffer a period of intermittency, which caused your line profile to drop to 350Kbps.
It seems to have been stable for the last couple of days and I'd expect your speeds to return at some point over the weekend.

I thougt you said speed will return back to normal on the weekend, well today it's Sunday and this is the result of a speed test:
Date Download Speed Upload Speed
Today 15:04 334 kbps (41.8kB/s) 369 kbps (46.1kB/s)
Not very good I must admit.
Bye

I have been tying for over an hour and it won't let me do it, some kind of error page appears.

Can you report the results from here https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed
The Bt test is notoriously flaky on a Sunday evening - I think it is all the users trying to run it

Hi Frangal,
Checking this morning shows that it's picked up to 1250Kbps.
Can you try rebooting your router and trying again please?
