I have been having an issue with my internet constantly dropping since 27th March. I have 3 unanswered questions on the Tech Support system. I am plugged into the test socket, have gone through all suggestions re changing equipment, has not made any difference. Was advised 5 days ago that interleaving has been applied to my account, this has not made anything better, in fact it has made it worse. Please advise.
