Intermittent connection and extremely slow speeds

Over the last 4 or 5 days I have had my connection dropping fairly regularly and at times unusable for extended periods and when it is connected the speed is extremely slow. Can somebody help me out?

Sorry to hear you're experiencing connection problems.

While we can see the drops you've had and the slow speeds, line tests aren't finding the cause for that.

I'd recommend running through our troubleshooting guide here and if you continue to experience problems, please can you report a fault to us at http://faults.plus.net letting us know over here when you've completed it?
