How do I report a fault? Support pages only give me the runaround

Hi - What happened to "My Questions"?
Access to support is important to me - I just wasted 20 minutes trying to report DNS problems. The support pages make reassuring statements but do nothing.

Even if I want to complain about the support offering I only see this. (attached)
What is this Kafkaesque bureaucracy?

I too have been trying to contact them to no avail Sad    First time I have tried to contact support - I am NOT impressed Sad
