I don't think you can do this?
Are you talking about NAT'ing to an internal IP which is running your IP Camera software?

It just had screen shots from other provider's routers (normally it is under firewall).

Port forwarding is configured using the 'Game & Application Sharing' menu under 'Toolbox' on the router GUI. For a brief guide look at step 4 here. For easiest results, set your camera to get an address automatically and then set the router to always allocate the same IP to the device (find the camera under 'Home Network' and change the settings). Then setup the forwarding rules you need for your application.
Also bear in mind that Plusnet provide a firewall for your connection and this may need to amended or turned off. For info on this see here. If you do make changes you'll need to disconnect and reconnect for them to become active.
