Help needed please

Hi guys,
Sorry for being a nag but I was wondering if somebody could confirm that my install is still due to happen today as planned?  OR are due to arrive by 1 O'clock, I realise the slot hasn't yet ended but somethings cropped up at work I need to attend to.  If the install is going ahead I will wait at home but would be very grateful if somebody could check for me?
My username is the the same as my username here.

Hi there,
I've just checked the order and I can't see any reason why the install shouldn't go ahead as planned.
Let me know if the engineer has been out yet as I'm conscious that 1pm is looming.

Thanks for getting back to me Adam.
OR called about 10 mins ago to say the planned engineer is sick today but somebody else will be coming at around 3.
Gives me time to get to work and back.
