Have changed to new package - anyway to have it in effect today??

I have my account restricted due to going over my usage limit (4GB Peak / 50GB Off Peak). I found out I can move to a cheaper package (10GB Peak / Unlimited Off Peak) for less money - I have now done this but have been told I will need to wait 2 weeks until my billing date before getting the restriction lifted. Is there no way to bring this forward as the web is just way too slow now for basic surfing. I am paying the higher rate at the moment so why are Plus net not able to reset my restriction now?Huh

Hi there,
It's actually only a week Wink
Either way, I've just pushed through your account change now.

James, thank you very much for that - I really appreciate it. Does that mean I won't be running under a restriction now? If so then you are a legend - I couldn't believe I was told I could pay less, get more allowance but still have to wait. Many thanks.

Hi Donka,
You shouldn't be.  You might need to reboot you router for the changes to take effect though.
