Most sites work fine but there is a few that shows this error
ERROR: The account has no invoice in Failed Billing

I've never had so many problems with previous providers, 2 broadband problems within a year and now this. Fix your [-Censored-] plusnet.

Sorry to hear you're having problems.
I've seen this a few times, the fix is usually to disable and re-enable your account. I've just done that for you now.

I've restarted my browser and the problem still shows. Do I need to reboot my broadband?

re booting my router having no effect on this problem. It's now a big problem as 4 days in and 3 session with PS support and no change - seriously slowing down my ability to work from home. Browsing the forums shows this has been a problem with PS for many years. If PS cannot fix this then I'm moving to a more reliable provider - soon.
