Dsl connected but no internet connection

Not had internet connection since last night.

Router page has
dsl connected. Internet connecting

Tried:
Powering off and leaving off for a while.
Factory reset.
Checked username and password as mentioned in another post.
Different router.
Plugged in the master socket.

Can not test with different filter as I do not have a spare.

Is there anything else I can try? Customer support are not taking call to get help there.

This is probably not a plusnet issue. Found out most of, if not all our town has no internet.

Will update if I get anymore information.

This problem was down to copper thieves, and has been fixed.
