Download/upload speed as halved

Before I went to bed I was at my usual speed of around 8-9Mbps down and 1Mbps up, I've just got up and now I'm at half of that.  Also websites that are usually instant to load are taking anywhere from a minute to load, assuming the load and don't time out.  Gaming is a no go too.

My internet hasn't dropped overnight, it's showing as being up for 6Day(s) 10:48:44 with the same sync values.

Line Rate - Downstream (Kbps):	10199

So why have my speeds halved?

This is an absolute joke.  Trying to download some photo and video files before I go to work and the speed has dropped down to less than 20kB/s, it's basically unusable.  It's just taken a minute for this thread to open and then another minute for the reply box.

Given your sync rates still look good, have to ask whether your speedtest was done wired or wireless?

Hi there, 

I've just been running diagnostics but everything is looking fine. I'd definitely try testing speeds over a wired connection if you haven't done so already.
