Hi everyone,
On Wednesday I changed my modem router from a Netgear D7000v2 to an Asus DSL-AC88U.
Since changing, my internet connection seems to drop multiple times throughout the day. The router is still connected to all my devices correctly, my network is working as normal, and the DSL light is showing as connected. I have to restart the router to get the internet connected which then works perfectly, until it drops again a few hours later.
I have the log output of when i believe it last happened as everything was working perfectly before i went to sleep, but the internet connection had dropped by morning.

The best way to find out if it's your new router or coincidence is by putting your old router back. If you've disposed of it do you have another device?

Hey @siwykes,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Sorry to hear you are having drops in connection, I have checked over your connection logs this side and provided a copy below. There are quiet a few drops there, can you confirm if you have tried an alternative router?
Thanks.

Hi @Mads
Actually I first set up the router on the Tuesday night at the exact times when the outages began on that graph. Odd that in the middle of the day, when it isn't being used, it seems to be fine as well.
I'll try plugging back in the Netgear I was successfully using when I get home later and see if I still get the same issue.
Thanks,
Simon
