Connection settings for new Belkin router

Hi,
I have bought a Belkin router and Plus Net is not on its list of ISPs.  I was directed to a manual set up and I need to know the following, please:-
VCI
VPI
Encapsulated  VCMUX ?  or LIC ?
Whether
Static IP
Dynamic IP
PPPoE
PPPoA
PPTP

Many thanks,
Alex

Thank you, but I have problems with logging on.  Plus Net is rejecting my details????
I am not sure which user name to use. Is it "myname@plusdsl.net " or "myname@plus.com" ?
Thanks,
Alex

Re: Connection settings for new Belkin router

Hi, Guys,
Thank you very much for the advice and guidance. I have managed to connect and the new (factory reconditioned) Belkin router is working well.
