Cisco Anyconnect VPN - no internet issue

I’m using Cisco anyconnect for working at home, for the past month the internet has been fine, albeit a bit slow. Today I’ve logged on and there is no internet when using the VPN, I’ve also tried LAN and mobile network with the same issue.
