ithe DSL connection for ADSL2 is something like G.992.5 annex A
I dont think your one is even ADSL
The PN staff can get you switched over possibly tomorrow

Fully complies to ANSI T1.413 issue 2, ITU-T G.992.1(G.dmt) and G. 992.2(G.lite) ADSL standard, so your line is G 992.1 which is the up to 8 M

Is there some switch that Plusnet have to flick to get me on the upto 20Mb product? They say I should be getting around 13Mb on that.

I've just gone the other way, from ADSL2+ to ADSL and it took 1 week for the change to implement for reference. I believe it was the 'Provisioning' team that sorted it for me.

Also you have to ask to be moved to ADSL2, it is not automatic. Have you raised a ticker to ask?
