Broadband not working

Hello,

Ever since I have been a plusnet subscriber my broadband cuts out whilst I'm using it two or three times a day for around 10 minutes at a time. This is extremely annoying, but not annoying enough to switch provider.

Now it has simply cut out. For the last two days I have had an orange light on the router and no internet. Resetting the router or power cycling it makes no difference except some orange and green flashing lights before the solid orange light again.

I have been through the troubleshooting guide with no success: I have no landline phone so cannot test the line in the way it expects you to.

I will finally change provider unless this is resolved quickly. I'd appreciate a response. Your live chat is not working.
