Broadband dropping constantly

Hi, 

 

My broadband is dropping out all the time. It has happened 4 times in the last hour. This is particularly bad but it normally happens at least 3 times a day. It is incredibly frustrating. 

This is the actual broadband dropping, not my wifi. The router turns to the flashing orange light, then solid orange, before turning back to blue. I am really getting fed up with this.

Our tests are showing a potential issue which may need a engineer to visit your property.

Reported on Saturday- 170159088.It's bounced back and forth between teams but no fix or response yet

Thanks for that.

The online troubleshooter has raised a fault with our suppliers and they've advised to progress the fault we'll need to book an engineer appointment with yourself. I'll update your ticket shortly.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
