Broadband down after power cut
We had a power cut on Monday night and our broadband has been down since then. I've tried resetting the router but still nothing. The router has lights on so I assume it's working. I don't have the router login details so can't run the broadband troubleshooter. I'm finding it impossible to get hold of Plusnet support to ask them to check if the problem is their side or our side. Please advise how I can submit a support ticket.
