Broadband constantly dropping in and out.

Our internet just seems to be in and out all the time!
Phones drop off, i player stops working, laptop stops.
Have done all the tests that are provided, nothing seems to help or give a solution.
Any other ideas?

Hi jmock87 and thanks for getting in touch.
I'm sorry to hear that you're getting drops in connection.
I've tested both your phone line and broadband connection and there are no external faults present. This generally indicates that the drops that you're experiencing (which I can confirm are present) are being caused by something internal to your premises.
As a starter for ten I'd recommend that you plug your router directly into the test socket of your BT master socket. Advice on how to do this can be found here.
If you are still experiencing multiple drops in connection once you've followed the troubleshooting I've linked, I would recommend that you raise a fault here so that one of my colleagues can investigate and assist you further.
