Broadband Light Flashing, No Internet

Around 9 this morning my internet connection seems to have stopped unexpectedly and I worked my way through the troubleshooting guides on the plusnet help page, trying to reset the connection and restarting the router with no luck. I've had steady service with no interruptions prior to this morning so this has not been an ongoing issue. Currently the power and wifi lights are steady green, broadband is flashing, and internet light is unlit. I'm not sure what the next steps to resolving this problem should be and any help would be appreciated.

Hi there.
I'm sorry to hear your connection isn't working.
Line tests are showing a disconnection outside of your property so I've got this reported through to our suppliers now and we've been advised to expect an engineer to investigate this within the next couple of days.
