Broadband Drops out Every time Phone Is Used

Recently every time someone rings the house phone the broadband drops out. I have used master socket same problem. As PlusNet web chat is not available, technical support is a 15 minute wait I would try here.

Can someone at PlusNet please help ?

Yes tried different filter on master.
