Broadband Activation

Hi, I'm new here. I've been trying to find out any topic on that matter (and I know there's loads of it) but none is answering my question.

 

My question is. I have an information on my account that my broadband is active, ONT lights are on, but I haven't received any message from plusnet yet. Should I wait for the message or am I ok to connect my router?

Have you been given an activation date - the fact the ONT lights are on doesn't mean PN have activated your connection yet?

You could always connect the Hub and see what happens.

yes, my activation date is today and status on my account is ACTIVE, but no message from plusnet with confirmation.

Fix

OK - as I said, plug the Hub in - there is nothing to lose, but be aware it can take up to 23.59 for all the PN systems to  catch up.

from experience, the messages sometimes get 'lost' - don't ask me why.
