BB speed less than dial up - no reporting method?

My speed last night was a usual 5mbs down 0.9 up.. this morning it is so slow I can not complete a Speedtest check (reports around 0.2mbs down, test times out).
Yes I have done all the usual checks reboots etc - no nothing makes any difference. Phone line tone is fine, router reports 7mbs down 1mbs up (lies!).
The only way I can report this seems to be to hang on the phone for 30mins +, as there is no working chat help, and seems there's no way to raise a ticket.

Same here.
I am getting 3 Mbps down load - should be getting between 60 and 70 Mbps
My upload speed is fine about 17Mbps.
So I don't think is is my router.
30mins queue on support, no chat available. Support status says no issues with broadband reported.
They mention a way of raising an online support call , but I cannot find it on the site. Can anyone provide a link.
Can someone from Plusnet support investigate

Can you let us know if you see an improvement within 24 hours?
Line tests aren't finding any issues, your router is in sync at 76mbps
How are things since the weekend?

It all started working again later on Saturday. I don't think it was my line, as there were a lot of reports from across the country about broadband speed on Saturday
