Auto login borked again

I can login to the portal with no problem without auto login but trying with auto login just gives me a blank screen

I've had the same thing - clearing out the cookies did the trick, but that's not the point

Thanks goodness for this forum.
I, too, couldn't access the portal for some consierable time. I would never have thought of deleting the coookies - just thought it was a problem at PN's side as all other sites and email were OK.

Replicated it now and raised it as problem 45569, should get sorted in the morning.

The same thing is happening to me.  All I get is a blank screen.

And me.  If I discard all PN cookies I can get in, but if I reset autologin the next visit results in a blank screen. Sometimes the login screen comes up but the login is rejected (even tho I'm sure it is right).

Found it last night (Sun), reset cookie, reset autologin,  all ok.
Try this morning (Mon) now blank screen again

Now that it is fixed perhaps someone could explain why it wasn't added to the service status reports.

Jim,
The problem was initially reported on Thursday but the magnitude of the symptoms was not realised at first. It happened following this piece of work.
The problem was published to the portal although I don't suppose that's much help if you can't get there! 
Worthwhile feedback and something we'll bear in mind in future. The fix hasn't actually been rolled out to the live platform yet, although it will be soon so I don't think there's much worth in posting an announcement now.

It looks like the "blank page" problem has reasserted itself.
Just had to clear the PN cookies from my browser again so that I could get to the portal.
plus ca change ...

Any particular page? Seems OK for me and I was affected by the original problem too!
