Att PN support staff - Domain transfer

I am trying to transfer my domain out to EUKHost.com. They have given me an ISP tag of EUKHOST but when I put this tag in the transfer box it says it doesn't recognise the tag. Came anyone help.
I have raised a ticket [ 29386047 ] but just thought I might get a quicker answer here  Tongue

Hmm, seems strange that no one from support can answer this question, no reply from my ticket yet either.

Hi,
I've asked someone in the CSC to get this picked up for you.

Re: Att PN support staff - Domain transfer

Hmm .. EUKHOST is on Nominet's list of currently valid .uk registrars.
Perhaps someone (PN?)'s extracted IPS-tag list needs updating.

Re: Att PN support staff - Domain transfer

Still not had a sensible answer from PN, had a reply to my original ticket stating what I already knew and asking for more info and I replied around 9pm last night and thats it - no more correspondence.
Is there anyone at PN support centre that can give a sensible and usefull answer

Hi Paul,
I've tried myself and had the same problem as the CSC.
As such I've passed your ticket through to one of our domain specialists who should be able to make the change for you.

Ok James, well thanks again for your help, but I don't understand why this wasn't done with the original support ticket. It seems after they make the first reply it get pushed to the back burner untill someone complains.
Not very satisfactory

Re: Att PN support staff - Domain transfer

Hi Paul,
I'm not actually that concerned by the ticket reply.  It stated that they had tried and believed the registrar to be invalid and asked you to confirm that you had the right name.
What they weren't aware of was that it was a failing of our systems, meaning that further manual intervention was required.

I replied to this last night by sending a copy of the email I received from eukhosts, which gave the isptag. My gripe is that I have had no reply since then to show that any progess had been made (or were trying to make progress). The whole problem just seemed to be ignored

I promise it wasn't ignored.
If you check the WHOIS data on your domain now you should see that the IPSTAG has been changed.
