All lights, no internet

All lights are green on the router, but I have had no internet all day. Tried all the usual reboots and so forth, but nothing.

Has anyone else had the same problem today up here in glorious sunny Edinburgh.

Yes, same for us here in Wirral. Same problem for last couple of weeks 😞

Hi AllanJ,

Thank you for the prompt reply, and I am sorry to note the inconvenience.

Upon testing the services, I identified no known external faults and a stable connection speed of 19.5mbps against the advertised minimum of 4mbps.

To rule out any potential internal fault causes, please follow these tutorials: -

If you notice no improvement after plugging the micro-filter into the test port behind the face-plate of the master-socket, please let know and I will schedule the engineer visit.

 

The reason for doing it in this order is because there is a £65 charge if the fault cause is located internally, whereas there isn't if is external.

Hi,
we are having the same problem. All lights green and on but we have no internet. On our devices its telling us to sign in but nothing happens when we do.

No joy after trying all the tests. Micro filter is still in the master socket. Still all lights on and no internet.

If you click on the image in top left of the invite to PM then the person's profile will appear. Then on the right hand side there is a box to send a private message. Hope that helps.
