Noticed WBC ADSL2+ is now available from my local exchange. Do line upgrades happen automatically? Does it require a new contract if requested early?

It should be upgraded automatically although you can ask for it to be done straight away which won't affect your contract unless you also change to a different account type or otherwise re-contract.

Regrade has happened today, now sync at 12964
PlusNet's IP profile for the line doesn't match BT's, however. I've tried a couple of disconnects but to no avail. Can someone change it please?

Profile has changed, throughput remains the same - 6.8Mbps

Ah, got it. Looks like it just needed a disconnect and reconnect in the router. 11.17Mbps down and 0.77Mbps up
