My broadband had been consistently below the minimum guaranteed speed of 54.4Mbps, with a peak at just above 48Mbps. I've raise a speed fault and was asked to provide 3 available engineer slots - the ticket then shows;
"Dear Mr Winter,
Rejected clear to eco.
Kind regards, *name*"
Can anyone clarify what this message means, I'm assuming an engineer appointment has been rejected?
And what can I do to get (at least) my minimum speed!
