18 days and still no broadband

It is the 10th today last message on my account says my broadband should be active on the 8th its been 18 days now since order). Not a squeak since, tried calling the help line 45 mins last night, no answer 30m ins today still no answer, I went with plus net as their customer service is recommended..... yeah really?

Hi @tasciorex
I can see that all orders have completed however there was some internal work which had not been fully actioned for some reason on your account - I have now done this and you should be able to get a connection the internet going forward.
Can you please give this a go and report back?

thanks-- speed test over a 12 hour period is averaging 65 so happy with that.
