I have been a Plusnet customer for years and I would like to say Thankyou. It's great to get good feedback and [CSA Removed] today on the phone was excellent. He was polite, professional and a true "did me proud" moment. He deserves a pat on the back. I was helped with packages, call plans, broadband and working out the best way to spend my money with Plusnet.
