I have just joined Plus Net, after a recommendation, Oh how I wish I had not. I was given misleading information, about my e-mail addresses i could use, so I have spent the whole afternoon trying to rectify the position. After 3 phone calls when i was transferred to another department i spent at least 10-15 minits swinging on the end of a phone awaiting someone to talk to. After the 3rd call I was finaly answered after 20 minites, only to be told that Plus net was not interested in my problem, and that their was nothing they could, or would do to help resolving it.
