Nice blog post.
But my only concern is as more and more is "on demand" and as more services emerge that download heavy amounts of data in a legitimate way (iTunes, YouTube, Spotify, iPlayer, NetFlix, SmartTV's, Steam (gigabytes to download the latest title), Software updates and downloads (eg often software is downloaded instead of coming on a DVD) but the usage cap has sat at 60Gb for as long as I've been a customer... so the past couple of years.
Think you need to either up it, or offer a "heavy usage" package for say a £5 premium. Unfortunately, as much as I'd like to, I can't do all (if not most) of the above between 12am and 8am lol
Luckily I've never quite hit my cap yet ... but regularly hitting 50 - 55Gb and that's with moderate streaming ... I had to cancel Netflix as it just ate too much bandwidth and £5 per 5gb is too expensive to really dip into.
Just my 10 penneth! Much more detailed than the tweet I just sent you! :)
