We have been having disconnection issues with our fibre since we switched. It constantly comes back that there is no faults or issues so I have just switched to full fibre with no phone line. My question is do I need a new router? We have the original router that was sent out to us when we first joined plusnet over 2 maybe 3 years ago? We didn’t originally have fibre when we joined we only got that about 6 months ago. Many thanks
