Hi, Yes i have i have been advised that when it wasn't working in June for the last 2 weeks of the month this was a fault with BT or the exchange. However it also stopped working again in August for pretty much the whole of August. But i was told that this was a fault at my end. This explanation really doesn't make any sense to me. Because i checked my phone before before i left for work and it was still not working and when i cam home it was working again. I have raised a ticket, because i would like an explanation as this doesn't make any sense to me, seemed more like someone was trying to fob me off.
