Well I’ve sat here for nearly two hours with HP support going through everything they said and they apologised saying they couldn’t help. I ran a diagnostic and apparently got an Network SSID fail whatever that is so not sure whether to buy a new printer.  ... View more

I have been trying for 2 days to connect  my printer and my computer to my Plusnet Hub One router with no success. The computer is connected to the WiFi but can’t print because the printer is not connected. I never had this problem with Sky and am considering switching providers. Please don’t be technical as I am an OAP and don’t understand tech talk. I’ve tried a USB connection and it didn’t work so thanks for any help offered. ... View more
