Corsair CUE

My Corsair Mouse has a software called CUE , but for some reason it always the last one to load at startup , not a major problem but a bit of a annoyance , in the task manager priority is set to high , manually but it still always the last to startup .

there must be a way to force this software to start first ?

any help gratefull
