Error 69 when sending an SMS

Hello,

I am able to receive any SMS and to send to all that I've tried, except an Australian one that starts +61 (for Aus).

My MotoG4 responds with an error 69.

My SIM is a LifeMobile SIM (ie from before Plusnet bought them).

Any ideas?

Delete the entire text chain to that number and then try again, that may work.
