direct debit

Could someone tell me way i have received the following e-mail despite closing mobile account in Jan and receiving refund

As I see it this is simply down to bad system management. But a quick call to support might not do any harm and just confirm what you know.

Hi @robbiecollie

Thanks for getting in touch. I can see the email received states your account is in credit; a credit is applied to the account in order to process your refund. If you've received the refund already, we can simply remove the credit from your file and remove your email address from our system to stop any further correspondence.

@robbiecollie you don't need another password, just click on @Anonymous name and another screen will pop up, on the right hand side you will see a button to PM her.
