Entering credit card details with no SSL

I was about to sign up for the trial then noticed there is no SSL on the sign up page which requires credit card details! PlusNet have a number of good recommendations on firewalls and security etc, so I am very surprised at the lack of a secure channel.

Hi there,

As this only went live last night it's entirely possible that it was still sorting itself out.

Start Date?

Just signed up, my Amex card only has an expiry date. Wouldn't let me leave it blank, so just put in 0105 & it was OK. Surely it's should be optional for those cards that don't have a start date?

Entering credit card details with no SSL

Hi Paul,

Thanks for pointing this out, the developers were already working on it and sorted the problem shortly after you posted and you should find that the credit card page is now displayed via SSL.
