BTvoyager 2100 & shareaza

I am currenty on broadband plus, and am using a BT voyager 2100.
As i understand it at present I do not have a static IP address and have tried, and double tried to set up port forwarding through the port forward web site.
The question is :- is it possible to set up and use shareaza on broadband plus. and if so does anyone know of a step by step guide that a numpty can follow.

You should be able to just setup port forwarding for say port 4500. You need to do this for both UDP and TCP. Also do the same in the Windows Firewall, or whatever Firewall you are using settings.

Put the port number into the required field on the shareaza settings>internet>connection page and you should be sorted.

I think you mean NOT suitable. The download speeds will be very poor indeed.

Does that mean BB+ is no good for P2P ?
And if not, how about BB Premier. Is that ok for P2P.
I would hate to upgrade then find it is still slow.
anyone out there got any advise.
